Our Principal

Kerry Feldman is Principal of Change & Perform.   She has an AGSM MBA, has lectured in Organisational Behaviour, Communications and Corporate Strategy at UTS and has Senior Management experience in both  public and private sectors (see more).

Our Business Strategy

Our Business Strategy is to deliver highly personalised, high quality consulting services at reasonable prices.  Prices are kept down by a low overhead structure whereby Kerry conducts most consulting assignments herself, engaging sub-contractors only when a broader skill base or more capacity needed is needed.   Service quality is maintained by thorough screening of sub-contractors and their contracts require that they, like Kerry, comply with Our Commitment to Service Quality

Our Approach

Our approach recognises that it takes more than high performing employees to achieve strategic change and improve organisational performance.  Alignment of individual  performance with strategic goals is also necessary.  We use a combination of Strategic, Change and Individual Performance Management to achieve this alignment (see more).
