Welcome to Change & Perform 

Kerry Feldman sydney management consultantHi, I’m Kerry Feldman, the Principal of Change & Perform, and welcome to the Change & Perform website.  
Change & Perform operates from Sydney, Australia. Our mission is to help clients improve organisational performance and achieve strategic change.  I work as a principal consultant, with access to a network of consultants if needed to provide a broader skill base.  This low overhead structure permits a combination of personalised service and value for money that is impossible for larger consultancies to achieve. Change & Perform provides both local and international consulting services.  

By way of background, I started my career as an Industrial Chemist and Quality Manager in the mining and manufacturing industries.    I  then completed an Australian Graduate School of Management MBA and worked in the public sector in industry development, program planning & evaluation, organisational development, corporate, strategic and business planning/reporting and change management.   I also lectured in Organisational Behaviour,  Communications, and Corporate Strategy at University of Technology, Sydney  before establishing Change & Perform in 1994.   This experience strongly reinforced my belief that any organisation's long-term success requires development of a strategic approach to management of their core business and Human Resource Management function and to managing change.

My approach helps my clients to improve their organisation's performance and to create and implement the   right change strategies  for their organisation.   In implementing this approach, I have worked with managers at executive, division and branch levels and Typical Projects  have varied from facilitation of corporate planning days, to the design of a planning and reporting framework for  implementing the corporate plan; and from re-design of a Performance Development System; mentoring branch or unit managers through business planning  processes; to establishing a mentoring program and recommending strategies for cultural change.
