Strategic Change Management Tips to improve the Performance of Your Organisation

Most of the managers I work with have now accepted that any organisation's long-term success requires that they achieve and maintain a constant state of change readiness.  Change management articles and papers describe dozens of change programs that have been developed over the years to help with this task; Continuous Improvement, Business Process Re-engineering, Best Practice, to name a few.

These programs have been used in Australia, Canada, the Asia Pacific, U.S. and U.K. But even when two very similar organisations have used the same program, they have not been equally successful.    Clearly, other factors are also contributing to each organisation’s ability to change.

If using a change program that has been successful in similar organisation does not guarantee that it will succeed in yours, is there a better way to achieve change readiness?

I have found that there is, and have written a set of change management papers that will show you how managers can both develop and implement change strategies that are right for their particular organisation.    But first, I suggest you read the change management articles that explain what change readiness is and why the change programs have varying levels of success at achieving it.
